Things Kids Say To Santa (Success Ranch Publishers, May, 2003) is the long awaited book of funny stories about kids and Santa. The stories happened to Jim Pollard, the man better known around Nashville, Tennessee as "The Real Santa." That name was given to him several years ago by the press and he has chosen to hold on to it.

Pollard has played the role of Santa for over forty-five years, the last five years as a natural bearded Santa in the Bellevue Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

In this book is a sampling of the stories he has gleaned. The reader will smile, snicker and maybe even laugh out loud at the stories.

Jim has appeared on Oprah, The Coral Ridge Hour and Main Street, a production of Lutheran Hour Ministries. He produced and hosted the television program Impact, in South Florida for three years and has appeared on various other television and radio talk shows. He has appeared in TV and print commercials and has been written up in several magazines and newspapers.
